Business Analyst - CRM Programme
ASAP start | 6-month initial contract | £500-600/day
Our client, a well-established organisation in the London Markets insurance sector, is looking for a full-time Business Analyst to join their CRM implementation programme, delivering a new CRM product across a geographically distributed user base.
The role:
- Define business requirements and support the SI partner in developing these further
- Act as first point of contact for the SI partner on all requirement queries
- Work closely with the Product Manager/Owner, supporting strategic product roadmap
- Support the Programme Manager with change management and end-user training
What's needed:
- Extensive CRM experience essential
- Specialty or London Market experience desirable
