Business Change Lead £520/day Inside IR35 | Hybrid | 6 Months

Experienced Business Change Lead required to support a major technology and business transformation programme. You will drive the people side of change, ensuring successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business change activities across transformation workstreams.
  • Deliver stakeholder engagement and communications plans.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and readiness reviews.
  • Drive business adoption, training, and benefits realisation.
  • Facilitate workshops with senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • Manage change risks, issues, and dependencies.
Essential Experience
  • Prosci Certification (essential).
  • Strong application of the ADKAR methodology.
  • Proven experience delivering change within IT, digital, or enterprise transformation programmes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in business readiness, training, and adoption planning.
Initial 6-month contract with strong extension potential. Immediate interviews available.
