Business Change Manager
The Guinness Partnership
JOB DESCRIPTION
About the Role
Join us at a pivotal moment in our transformation journey.
We have a new opportunity for a Business Change Manager to join our Business Readiness team and play a key role in delivering meaningful change across The Guinness Partnership.
As we bring our ambitious 2030 Strategy to life, we're investing in improving our repairs offering through changes to our service delivery model and rollout of new technologies. Our aim is to improve colleague and resident experiences, modernising our technology landscape, expanding CRM capabilities across resident facing services and unlocking the potential of digital and AI-enabled ways of working. Our change portfolio is broad, exciting, and central to delivering our strategic ambitions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape how change is successfully adopted across the organisation. Working on high-profile projects and programmes, you will lead the development and delivery of effective change management strategies that help colleagues embrace new ways of working, embed lasting improvements, and realise the full benefits of change.
You will work closely with leaders, project teams, and stakeholders across Guinness, influencing decisions and ensuring people remain at the heart of every transformation initiative.
This is a full-time, permanent role (35 hours per week) based at our Oldham office. We offer a hybrid working model, combining office-based working with the flexibility of working from home.
What We're Looking For
Are you passionate about helping people navigate change and ensuring transformation delivers lasting impact?
We're looking for a highly skilled Business Change Manager who thrives in dynamic, delivery-focused environments and has a proven track record of leading change and business readiness activities across complex projects and programmes.
You will bring expertise in change management methodologies and best practice, with experience supporting both traditional and iterative delivery approaches and will be confident leading change initiatives involving people, processes, and technology, ensuring transitions are smooth, adoption is successful, and benefits are realised.
Just as important, you will be an exceptional communicator and relationship builder and be comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, influencing decisions, challenging constructively, and building the commitment needed to make change stick.
If you are excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of Guinness, drive adoption of transformational change, and make a real difference to the experiences of our colleagues and residents, we'd love to hear from you.
