Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for a talented and motivated Business & Computer Science Teacher to join a successful secondary school in the Wigan area from September 2026.
This is a full-time teaching position running until Christmas 2026, with the potential to be extended for the right candidate.

The successful Business & Computer Science Teacher will teach Business Studies and Computer Science across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging lessons that develop students' commercial awareness, digital literacy and problem-solving skills. The school is seeking an enthusiastic teacher who can inspire students and contribute positively to a thriving department.
The successful Business & Computer Science Teacher will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching Business Studies and/or Computer Science within a UK secondary school
- Be confident teaching across KS3 and KS4
- Deliver engaging and well-planned lessons that challenge and motivate students
- Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management
- Be committed to achieving excellent outcomes for all learners
The role offers:
- September 2026 start
- Full-time teaching position
- Long-term contract until at least Christmas 2026
- Daily pay from £168.80 to £232.56, depending on experience and teacher pay scale

- Ongoing support from a dedicated Secondary Education Consultant
