Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and hardworking Business Development Consultant with a proven track record in the washroom and janitorial sector.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities within a growing washroom services and janitorial supplies division.

With a realistic On-Target Earnings of £54,000, uncapped commission structure, and additional benefits including a holiday bonus scheme, this role offers excellent earning potential for ambitious sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and secure new business within designated territories
- Manage and grow existing client accounts with professionalism and care
- Promote a full range of washroom and janitorial products and services
- Deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs
- Work towards realistic yet rewarding sales targets
- Represent the business with integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm

What We're Looking For
- Proven sales track record within the washroom and/or janitorial industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets
- Proactive and results-oriented approach to business development
- A team player who thrives in a supportive, family-run environment
- Full UK driving licence
