Business Development Coordinator required for a brand-new role in Durham. Working for a regional construction business, you will develop a solid understanding of the regional construction market while supporting the Business Development Director and Business Development Manager in managing and maintaining pipelines, coordinating meetings and actions, and organising business development events.
The Role
Working mainly in Durham, you will also travel to the companies Leeds office on occasion. Using a bespoke system, you will record pipeline opportunities and manage/maintain the information flow.
Working with public sector organisations, you will research and identify future construction projects, identifying the combined authority responsible for it. Whilst this is initially a great deal of general admin work, as you learn the role, you will progress to attending meetings with the combined authorities to discuss future projects.
The Person
Applications are welcome from people with some experience in this field but equally, applications are also welcome from people who have completed either a HND or Degree in the recent years and are now looking to settle into a career.
The salary for this is entirely dependant upon the applicants experience.
Applicants must be able to drive.
Remuneration
£30,000 to £40,000
