The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across UK and international markets
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Carry out proactive outbound activity (calls, emails, video, networking)
• Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Essential

• Proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record
• Confident in new business development and closing deals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

⭐ Desirable:

• Experience within FMCG, wholesale, distribution, or import/export
• Experience selling into retailers, distributors, or trade customers
• Exposure to international markets or export sales
• Additional language skills (advantageous but not essential)
