We’re looking for ambitious ex-athletes to join our Medical Technology & Engineering Recruitment team as Recruitment Consultants.

No recruitment experience is required. We’ll provide the training, tools and coaching — you bring the mentality.

Recruitment is fast-paced, target-driven and relationship-focused. You’ll connect talented professionals with innovative companies across the medical technology and engineering sectors, while developing your own specialist market expertise.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Building relationships with candidates and clients across medical technology and engineering.
• Sourcing, interviewing and qualifying candidates.
• Developing your own network within your specialist market.
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Understanding clients’ hiring needs and delivering the right talent.
• Negotiating salaries and managing offers.
• Developing new business opportunities.
• Working towards individual and team targets.
• Becoming a specialist within your chosen market.
