Salary: Competitive Basic DOE + Uncapped Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm (Flexible working considered)

We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to join a successful commercial vehicle business. If you're passionate about winning new business, building lasting client relationships and earning uncapped commission, this is a fantastic opportunity.

The Role
  • Generate new business through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal completion.
  • Build and develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored fleet vehicle solutions.
  • Promote current campaigns and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Executive:
  • Proven B2B or automotive sales experience (other sales backgrounds considered).
  • Confident in prospecting, negotiating and closing new business.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated and resilient.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Well organised with strong time management.
  • Knowledge of electric vehicles is an advantage but not essential.
