Business Development Representative
Our client is offering an exciting opportunity to join a growing digital business specialising in social media, talent partnerships, and online growth.
As a Business development representative, you’ll play a key role in generating new business opportunities, booking qualified meetings, and supporting the sales process from first contact through to conversion. This role suits someone motivated by targets, confident communicating with people, and eager to develop within sales.
Role details:
• Based in Chessington, Surrey (office-based)
• £28,000 basic salary
• Minimum additional £25,000 OTE (uncapped earning potential)
• Full-time position

Job description:
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients
• Book appointments and support the sales process through to proposal stage
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity updates
• Follow up with prospects and maximise conversion opportunities
• Conduct discovery calls and support proposal presentations
• Monitor performance and work towards individual and team targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach and sales performance
Person specification:
• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, business development, or a similar customer-facing role
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
• Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
• Experience using CRM systems is beneficial
• Positive, proactive, and commercially minded approach
