We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly motivated Local Business Development Executive to join their team in Dagenham. This role offers an excellent Business Development Executive opportunity to develop your career within the automotive sector in a well-established and reputable organisation. The successful Business Development Executive will be responsible for expanding the company’s local client base and strengthening existing relationships, contributing directly to the growth and success of the business.

  • Basic salary of £37,000 per annum, with uncapped commission potential reaching an OTE of £60,000

Duties:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local area
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Promote the company’s automotive products and services to local businesses
  • Generate new leads through proactive outreach and networking
  • Achieve and exceed set sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
  • Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven with a professional sales approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Confidence in developing new business opportunities and fostering client relationships
