The Role
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across a diverse customer base.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, and proactive outbound sales activity.
- Work closely with senior management to deliver business development strategies and achieve sales growth targets.
The Person
- Previous experience in Business Development, New Business Sales, Lead Generation, or a similar sales-focused role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a proactive approach to winning new business.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organised, with the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Experience in B2B sales is advantageous, with a desire to develop a long-term career within a growing business.
