Due to continued growth, this exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join the successful and expanding UK manufacturer, covering the Nottingham to Durham region. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership the territory, developing new business while growing existing customer relationships.

Representing a market-leading product range, you'll work closely with showrooms, merchants, designers and architects, building long-term partnerships, identifying new opportunities and driving sales growth across your region. With plenty of autonomy and the support of an established business behind you, you'll have everything you need to make a real impact and build a successful career.

Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager:
  • Develop new business opportunities across your designated territory.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with showrooms, merchants, designers and architects.
  • Increase brand awareness and identify new opportunities within the market.
  • Plan and manage your own diary to maximise your territory.
  • Deliver against sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements of a Business Development Manager:
  • An experienced field sales or business development professional.
  • Confident generating new business and managing key accounts.
  • Self-motivated, organised and commercially driven.
  • Honest, personable and able to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Experience selling into merchants, showrooms or the construction and interiors sector.
