Location: Tilbury
Salary: £25,000–£35,000 + Uncapped Commission
Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:30 • Permanent
A fast‑growing logistics company is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager with 2+ years’ sales experience to drive new business and build strong client relationships.
The Role
- Generate new business through outbound calls and networking
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Meet clients via phone, video and in‑person visits
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and services
About You
- 2+ years’ B2B sales or business development experience
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Comfortable with outbound calling and presenting solutions
- Good IT skills (CRM + spreadsheets)
- Target‑driven, resilient and self‑motivated
- Driving licence is a bonus
