Responsibilities
- Generate new recruitment business through high-volume outbound calling
- Identify target businesses, decision-makers and new opportunities
- Build and manage a strong, structured sales pipeline
- Secure a minimum of 2 new vacancies per day
- Develop profitable relationships with hiring managers
- Convert prospects into active recruitment clients
- Work closely with recruiters to successfully fill vacancies
- Manage your own diary, call plans, CRM and business development activity
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets
Requirements
- Proven sales background in telecoms/technical sales, advertising/media, outbound call centre, service/contact sales, recruitment or B2B sales
- Experience in solutions-based selling and strong negotiation
- Proven evidence of achieving sales targets
- Confident making high volumes of outbound calls
- Highly organised, resilient, competitive, enthusiastic and money motivated
- Strong character with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers
