Key Roles & Responsibilities As Business Development Manager:
Strategic Business Development
- Develop and implement annual business development and growth strategies.
- Identify new markets, sectors, and revenue streams for structural engineering
services. - Create and execute business plans aligned with company objectives.
- Establish strategic partnerships with developers, contractors, architects,
consultants, and government agencies. - Identify opportunities for geographical and sector expansion.
- Lead the business development team to achieve company revenue and
profitability targets. - Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when required.
- Oversee key account acquisition and retention programs.
- Drive conversion of large-scale project opportunities.
- Lead the identification and qualification of tender opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and service agreements.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering,
Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. - MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.
- Extensive experience in business development, sales, or
commercial management within engineering, construction, or consulting
sectors. - Proven experience in managing high-value client relationships and securing large
projects.
