Location: Chesterfield

Salary: £40,000 per annum + Uncapped commission

Working Hours

• Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 4:30pm (office-based)
• Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm (working from home)

Responsibilities:

You’ll handle enquiries from initial contact right through to closing the deal, working with a wide range of customers including construction professionals, factory managers, and warehouse operators.

Most of your pipeline will come from inbound enquiries, giving you the opportunity to focus on a consultative, solutions-led approach. Alongside this, there’s scope to proactively develop new business.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Speaking with customers to understand project requirements
• Preparing tailored quotations and proposals
• Running Zoom calls and occasional face-to-face meetings
• Managing opportunities across both short and longer sales cycles
• Keeping your pipeline organised in HubSpot and following up consistently

Skills/ Experience required:

• We’re keen to speak with people who have B2B sales experience and are confident managing conversations with customers at all levels – This is an essential requirement for this role
• Organised and able to manage your own workload
• Consistent and proactive with follow-up
• Customer-focused and adaptable in your approach
• Comfortable juggling multiple opportunities at once
• Motivated by progression and personal development
• Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle is required
