What You’ll Be Doing (The Best of Both Worlds)
Maximising a Warm Account Portfolio:
- Take immediate ownership of newly acquired corporate accounts across Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers.
- Map out your accounts to identify obvious technology gaps and cross-sell the wider cloud, IT, and telecom portfolio.
- Nurture senior stakeholder relationships to secure high renewal rates and protect recurring revenue.
- Leverage these warm accounts to systematically drive proactive referral opportunities.
Consistently Winning New Logos:
- Adopt the approach of the company's current top performers by keeping a high-growth mindset hunting and winning brand-new client logos across the region alongside your account work.
- Independently build a pipeline of mid-market and corporate prospects using modern lead-generation and networking techniques.
- Deliver high-impact commercial presentations and tailored solutions to senior decision-makers.
Managing Your Numbers:
- Retain full ownership of your commercial terms, proposals, and contract negotiations to close out profitable business.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical and engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery for your clients.
- Accurately track and forecast your pipeline via the corporate CRM.
