A leading private medical provider is seeking a driven and experienced Business, Sales & Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running and commercial performance of its clinical services.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can balance operational excellence with a strong commercial mindset, ensuring services run efficiently while actively driving revenue and identifying new growth opportunities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new revenue opportunities across clinical services
  • Drive patient acquisition, conversion rates, and overall commercial performance
  • Proactively spot gaps in services, pricing, and patient demand to unlock growth
  • Build and optimise referral pathways, partnerships, and lead sources
  • Monitor performance data to inform sales strategy and improve profitability
  • Work closely with leadership to deliver business growth initiatives
  • Oversee clinic operations to ensure capacity is maximised and aligned to demand
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary clinical and support teams
  • Maintain high standards of patient experience and clinical governance
About You
  • Proven experience in private healthcare, medical, dental, or aesthetics
  • Strong operational management and organisational skills
  • Commercially aware, with confidence influencing revenue and performance
