Salary: Up to £55k plus OTE (uncapped)

We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to help grow our portfolio of bespoke digital learning solutions and our next-generation AI role-play platform. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative technology business that is helping organisations transform learning and development through engaging digital experiences and AI-powered solutions.

You'll take ownership of the full sales cycle, identifying new opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, delivering compelling solution demonstrations, and converting prospects into long-term clients. You'll work with organisations across a range of sectors, helping them solve real business challenges with tailored technology solutions.

What You'll Bring

You'll have at least five years' experience in B2B new business sales, ideally selling bespoke software or digital technology solutions to medium and large organisations. You are commercially driven, confident engaging with senior stakeholders, and enjoy creating opportunities through networking, digital outreach, referrals, and proactive prospecting.

A genuine interest in digital technology and AI is essential. Experience selling digital learning platforms, SharePoint solutions or AI applications would be advantageous, as would experience using AI tools to support prospecting and sales activities. You'll also be comfortable using CRM systems, possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be highly organised with strong commercial awareness.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll develop and execute your own sales strategy to achieve and exceed targets while building a healthy pipeline of new opportunities. You'll research prospective clients, understand their business challenges, present tailored solutions, manage opportunities through the CRM system, and consistently deliver against sales and pipeline objectives.
