What You'll Be Doing

As a Business Development Manager, you'll take ownership of the full sales process, identifying opportunities, developing relationships and converting prospects into long-term clients via online demos and meetings.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Generating new business through proactive outbound sales activity.
* Engaging with senior decision-makers across a variety of industries.
* Understanding client challenges and presenting tailored commercial solutions.
* Managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to close.
* Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline using CRM systems.
* Consistently achieving and exceeding individual sales targets.
* Working closely with experienced sales leaders in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in ambitious, resilient people who enjoy the challenge of winning new business.

You'll ideally have:

* Previous experience in B2B sales, business development or outbound sales (preferred but not essential).

* Previous experience of online demos and meetings.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* A confident, consultative approach to selling.
* A strong work ethic and a genuine desire to succeed.
* The motivation to work towards significant commission earnings.
* Good organisational skills and the ability to manage your own pipeline.
