Location: Dublin (Office-Based)
Salary: €40,000-€45,000 base salary + €1,500 guarantee for the first 3 months with OTE €110,000
Rewards: Uncapped Commission + Quarterly Bonus + Profit Share

We are a rapidly growing, internationally backed organisation in the mental health and wellbeing sector. We already support over 90,000 organisations globally and are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our Dublin-based sales team.
This is a genuine closing role with autonomy, a fast-paced environment, and uncapped earning potential.
What You Will Do
- Take ownership of new business opportunities from demonstration through to close
- Conduct high-impact client demos and manage a strong, high-velocity sales pipeline
- Use a consultative, solution-focused approach to turn prospects into customers
- Meet monthly revenue targets and KPIs within a high-energy team environment
- Develop deep subject-matter expertise to establish instant credibility with clients
What You Will Bring
- 1+ years of B2B sales or account management experience (outbound/call-centre experience preferred)
- Confidence engaging, negotiating, and closing deals with business decision-makers
- Resilience, tenacity, and a target-driven mindset motivated by high earnings
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ambition to progress your career
