Business Development Manager / Country Manager – UK
Our Client designs and manufactures advanced battery energy storage systems (BESS) from its facility in, Ireland.
This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing business at an early stage and play a key role in shaping our UK growth strategy.
The Role
You will identify opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, manage the full sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and win new business opportunities within construction, infrastructure, utilities and industrial sectors.
- Represent at trade shows, networking events and industry forums.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence to senior leadership.
About You
We are particularly interested in candidates who have sold equipment, plant, technical solutions or energy-related products into the construction sector.
Essential Experience
- Proven track record in business development or technical sales.
- Experience selling into the construction or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong network and understanding of contractor buying processes.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable Experience
- Experience within generator, temporary power or plant hire sectors.
- Understanding of battery energy storage systems (BESS).
- Knowledge of construction site power requirements.
