The Role
As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and introducing our technology solutions to organisations across a range of industries.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing and industry specialists, you'll research prospective clients, engage decision-makers, qualify opportunities and build relationships that contribute directly to business growth.
You'll receive structured onboarding, ongoing coaching and access to industry-leading sales tools, giving you everything you need to build a successful career.
What You'll Be Doing
- Research organisations and identify new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with prospective clients through personalised outreach across multiple channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and develop a strong sales pipeline.
- Engage confidently with senior decision-makers and understand their business challenges.
- Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Use Salesforce, HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Cognism and other leading sales technologies to manage activity and generate insight.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and use performance data to continually improve your approach.
- Learn from experienced colleagues and continuously develop your commercial and sales skills.
Who We're Looking For
We're interested in attitude and potential just as much as experience.
You'll either:
- Be a graduate with the ambition, confidence and drive to build a career in technology sales; or
- Have around 1–2 years' experience in a Business Development, Sales Development or similar client-facing commercial role.
You'll also bring:
- A genuine interest in technology and the tech sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence speaking with new people and building relationships.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with a strong work ethic.
