Business Manager in Walton-on-Thames

We are recruiting for an experienced Business Manager, Transaction Manager or Senior Sales Executive ready to progress into management for a 12-month maternity cover position in Walton-on-Thames. Applicants must have previous automotive sales experience, strong Finance & Insurance and compliance knowledge, a Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK.

Location: Walton-on-Thames
Salary: £35,000 basic
OTE: £65,000
Contract: 12-month maternity cover
Hours: 44 hours per week on a rota basis – Monday to Friday 9:00am–6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am–5:00pm and Sunday 11:00am–3:00pm

- Previous automotive sales experience – essential
- Experience as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager or Senior Sales Executive would be suitable
- Strong understanding of automotive Finance & Insurance products
- Good knowledge of compliance and treating customers fairly
- Confident coaching and supporting Sales Executives
- Strong commercial awareness and performance focus
- Comfortable monitoring results, planning and forecasting
- Full UK Driving Licence – essential
- Right to work in the UK
