We are exclusively recruiting for a Business Manager at a reputable dealership in Treforest, representing a well-known car brand.   • Uncapped on-target earnings of £50,000 to £55,000+ per annum, based on performance in finance and insurance sales

Duties of a Business Manager:
  • Monitoring and supporting the sales team during the sales process
  • Engaging directly with customers at appropriate stages
  • Managing the dealership’s CRM system for sales, renewals, and reporting
  • Training and coaching sales staff on sales processes and product knowledge
  • Controlling the sale of finance and insurance (F&I) products and services
  • Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and industry standards
  • Managing all payments and commissions related to vehicles and F&I products
  • Maintaining effective relationships with finance providers and manufacturers
  • Ensuring all transactions and processes adhere to legal and professional standards
Requirements of a Business Manager:
  • Ideally, located in or near Treforest or within reasonable commuting distance
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or Business Manager within a franchise dealership
  • FCA accreditation is preferred
  • Strong understanding of financial legislation and compliance procedures
  • Demonstrable leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Motivated, results-driven, and brand-focused
  • Ability to work independently and seek sales opportunities
  • Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Stable employment history in automotive sales or management
