Axis Plus is part of Central Recruitment Services, a well-established professional services company, providing digital workforce management solutions, managed services and recruitment and training solutions. The company is a valued business parter to many national and London based clients and has a reputation for delivering excellence.
The Context
Axis Plus is currently planning to launch a new workforce management platform and is looking to recruit an experienced and dynamic administrator to join our business support team, whose responsibilities will include transitioning current clients onto the platform as well as onboarding new clients. Whilst the new team member’s focus will initially be on the launch of the workforce management platform, the successful applicant will also assist the team in providing support to all areas of the business.
The Role
The Business Support Team provides professional and responsive support to all areas of the business including internal and external stakeholders. Whilst it is not an exhaustive list, the team’s responsibilities include; software support, query management, handling complaints, sales support, marketing activities, delivery of workforce and client induction programmes, development of new procedures and project management. The business support team also works closely with other teams in the business to ensure a high quality, seamless client experience.
In this newly created role, which will have a focus on the new workforce management platform, we anticipate the scope of responsibilities will evolve and will include; lead generation, sales support, marketing, market research, website content creation, social media management, and other activities designed to identify, attract and engage new clients.
This, therefore, is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to; develop a broad skill set, establish and grow a number of business development and client attraction strategies, and work closely with internal and external partners.
Person Specification:
- A desire to be constantly learning, developing and taking on new challenges
- Strong sales targeted research experience
- Previous experience in administration, office support or an operations role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that convey competence and understanding
- High level of IT literacy and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to support across a wide range of tasks
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Organised, proactive, forward-thinking and able to take responsibility
- Fabulous interpersonal skill and confidence to seek answers/follow up
