The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious graduate or early-career professional with a background in Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Business, Data Analytics, Research, or a related discipline. Working directly with the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making through research, data analysis, and business intelligence.
You will be at the forefront of healthcare innovation, helping to identify opportunities, evaluate emerging technologies, analyse market trends, and support the development of operational and strategic plans that drive business growth and service excellence.
This is a highly autonomous role with genuine influence and decision-making responsibility, offering the opportunity to contribute to major business initiatives and long-term organisational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business, market, and sector research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Analyse internal and external data to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Produce reports, presentations, and business cases for senior stakeholders.
- Support the development of organisational strategy and operational planning.
- Research innovations in healthcare, technology, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation.
- Monitor competitor activity, regulatory developments, and market intelligence.
- Work alongside senior leaders to evaluate new business opportunities and service developments.
- Develop meaningful insights from complex datasets and present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
- Assist with project planning, performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the implementation of technology-enabled solutions that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Degree educated in Business, Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Economics, Research, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent research capabilities with the ability to interpret complex information.
- Confidence working with data and producing insightful reports.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in healthcare innovation.
- Curious, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of data visualisation tools, AI technologies, or business intelligence platforms would be advantageous.
