💰 £40,000 to £60,000 depending on experience + 7.5% to 15% commission
🏢 5 days in the office initially | Hybrid potential after probation

We are working with an established and growing construction business on an exciting hire for multiple Business Development Sales Managers. They are looking for commercially driven sales professionals with a strong track record in new business and some experience within the construction sector.

The role covers:
• Identifying and converting new business opportunities
• Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients
• Growing revenue across the construction market
• Managing and developing your own sales pipeline
• Understanding customer requirements and providing tailored solutions
• Working towards sales targets and taking ownership of your commercial performance

You will likely have:
• Around 5 years' sales experience
• Some experience within construction, building materials or a related sector
• A strong background in business development and winning new business
• Experience selling B2B into construction companies, contractors, builders, developers or similar
• A commercially driven and target-focused approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

💰 The package offers a competitive salary based on experience, alongside a strong 7.5% to 15% commission structure.
The role is initially office-based 5 days a week, with potential for greater hybrid flexibility following probation.
