The school is committed to providing a high-quality education and creating an environment where students are encouraged to develop confidence, independence and a passion for learning.

The school is looking to appoint a Business Studies and Economics Teacher on a long-term basis, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right Business Studies and Economics Teacher. The successful Business Studies and Economics Teacher will teach engaging Business Studies and Economics lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5, monitor student progress, contribute to curriculum development and support students in achieving excellent academic outcomes.

The successful Business Studies and Economics Teacher will have:

• QTS with a specialism in Business Studies, Economics or a related subject

• Experience teaching Business Studies and/or Economics in a UK Secondary School

• Strong subject knowledge across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5

• Excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills

• The ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities

• A commitment to raising attainment and supporting student progress
