Business Studies Teacher – Bishop's Stortford (Full Time)

Gold Education Recruitment is currently working with a welcoming secondary school in Bishop's Stortford, seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Studies Teacher to join their department on a full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to teach Business Studies across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 within a supportive and forward-thinking school environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping students develop their understanding of the modern business world while preparing them for GCSE and A-Level examinations.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Teaching Business Studies across KS4 and KS5
• Planning and delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons
• Supporting students to develop analytical, entrepreneurial, and decision-making skills
• Preparing students for GCSE and A-Level examinations
• Assessing work and providing clear, constructive feedback
• Monitoring student progress and implementing strategies to support achievement
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Working collaboratively within a supportive department

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching Business Studies in a UK secondary school or college
• Ability to teach A-Level Business Studies is essential
• Strong subject knowledge and an engaging teaching approach
• Ability to inspire students and relate learning to real-world business contexts
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Professional, reliable, and adaptable attitude
• ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply
