Smart Teachers is recruiting on behalf of a successful and inclusive secondary academy seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Teacher of Business Studies. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to join a supportive department and inspire students to develop a strong understanding of the modern business world.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5, helping students develop analytical, entrepreneurial, and problem-solving skills while achieving excellent academic outcomes.

Applications are welcomed from both experienced teachers and ambitious Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with a passion for Business Studies and a commitment to raising achievement for all learners.

The Successful Candidate Will Have
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related subject.
  • Experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • High expectations for student achievement and behaviour.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
