About Us
Our journey began in January 2018 when two friends, saw a gap in the construction recruitment industry. They noticed that many agencies treated candidates like numbers, and clients were not getting the personalised service they deserved. So, with no initial investment and only their determination and passion to fuel them, they set out to build something different.Today, we continue to raise the standard across the construction and engineering sectors, building long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates through trust, expertise, and exceptional service.
