Business Support Manager

Bridge of Weir | Full-Time | Office-Based

An ambitious, growing business is seeking its first Business Support Manager to support the launch of a new office.

This is a varied, hands-on role offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership across a range of business functions. You'll help coordinate operations, support business development, improve processes and play an important role in the company's continued growth.

We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives on variety, and is confident in managing multiple priorities while helping to keep the business organised and moving forward. The role is office-based, with flexibility around working arrangements where appropriate.

The Role

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and tracking enquiries from initial contact through to project completion.
  • Maintaining the CRM and supporting business development activity.
  • Monitoring marketing and SEO-generated enquiries and coordinating follow-up.
  • Providing project support, including managing project documentation, coordinating administrative requirements and helping keep projects on track.
  • Supporting tender administration and subcontractor scheduling.
  • Assisting with HR administration and general office management.
  • Assisting with finance administration, including invoicing and payment tracking - using Xero.
  • Producing reports, improving processes and supporting day-to-day business operations.
  • Working with senior management to implement new systems and drive continuous improvement.

About You

You'll have experience in a business support, operations, office management, project coordination or business development role and enjoy working across multiple areas of a business.

You'll be:

  • Highly organised and proactive.
  • Commercially aware with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities.
  • Confident working independently and taking responsibility.
  • Keen to learn new systems and embrace technology.

Experience with CRM systems, marketing or business development would be advantageous but isn't essential.

This is an opportunity to join a growing business in a role where you'll have real responsibility, autonomy and the chance to make a genuine impact. You'll work closely with decision-makers, help shape how the business operates and grow alongside the company as it continues to expand.

If you're looking for a role where your ideas and contribution will genuinely matter, we'd love to hear from you.
