We're working with a fantastic organisation looking for a hands-on, proactive Business Support Officer to join their team ASAP.

If you enjoy variety, being the go-to person in the office and keeping everything running smoothly this could be the perfect role for you 👇

What you will be doing:
✨ Meeting & greeting visitors
🖥️ Setting up meeting rooms (including basic IT + troubleshooting)
🪑 Preparing spaces - furniture moves & room setup
📅 Managing diaries & scheduling via Outlook/Teams
🤝 Liaising with PAs to coordinate meetings
📦 Supporting the day-to-day running of the office
💻 Helping with IT basics, onboarding & stationery requests
🎯 Assisting with interviews & assessments

What we're looking for:
✔️ Previous office experience
✔️ Confident with Outlook, Teams & general IT systems
✔️ Organised, proactive and happy to get stuck in
✔️ Strong communication skills
✔️ Comfortable with a mix of admin + hands-on tasks
