Our client is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join their IT team in Liverpool. The role will initially focus on SAP SuccessFactors and HR/Talent systems, with opportunities to work across wider business applications.
The Role
You'll work closely with HR, IT and business stakeholders to:
- Support and configure SAP SuccessFactors HCM.
- Gather requirements and identify process improvements.
- Manage testing, upgrades, troubleshooting and system changes.
- Support HR data, reporting and integrations.
- Work with SAP CPI and other business systems.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience working with HR/Talent systems in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
- SAP SuccessFactors experience, ideally across modules such as Employee Central, Performance, Learning, Compensation or Recruiting.
- Experience with integrations/SAP CPI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
