Key Responsibilities:
In this pivotal role, the Supply Chain Manager will:
- Own and manage the supply chain lifecycle, including ordering, assessing supplier capacities, and mitigating delivery risks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to enhance supplier performance and resolve delivery challenges.
- Serve as a critical escalation point for any materials and service delivery risks, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
- Proactively identify supply chain risks and implement robust mitigation strategies to maintain seamless business continuity.
- Drive supply chain delivery performance by monitoring key metrics, addressing constraints, and influencing stakeholder actions to resolve bottlenecks.
- Ensure timely purchase order placements and secure delivery commitments from the supply base.
- Identify and implement tools and systems to optimise processes, ensuring the best resource utilisation and value delivery for the Robotics organisation.
