We’re really excited to be exclusively recruiting for an expanding company as they build a brand-new cabinet manufacturing team on the outskirts of Horsham, West Sussex.
We’re looking for an experienced Cabinet Assembler to join this new team from the very beginning — a great opportunity for someone with cabinet, joinery or furniture manufacturing experience who wants to be part of an exciting and growing operation.
The roleYou’ll be assembling cabinet carcasses using glue-and-dowel methods and a Homag cabinet press, as well as fitting doors, drawer fronts, Blum hinges and runners.
Quality is key, so you’ll be checking components before assembly and ensuring every finished cabinet meets the required standard.
What we’re looking for- Previous cabinet assembly, joinery or furniture manufacturing experience
- Experience using a cabinet press / glue-and-dowel assembly methods
- Confidence fitting hinges, runners, doors and drawers
- Good understanding of cutting lists and cabinet components
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable, practical and methodical approach
Kitchen or furniture cabinet manufacturing experience would be an advantage.

- Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
