Cad Technician

CAD Technician: Major Civil Engineering Project: North Wales

Fixed-Term Contract until February 2028
Accommodation allowance + £25 per night subsistence, subject to eligibility

We are looking for an experienced CAD Technician to join a major civil engineering and underground infrastructure project in North Wales.

The role will involve producing and amending 2D drawings, managing design information within the CDE, supporting BIM delivery and coordinating drawings and models with the wider project team.

Essential experience:

• Previous CAD Technician experience
• 5+ years’ experience with a UK Tier 1 contractor
• HNC in Civil Engineering or construction-related subject
• Strong AutoCAD experience
• Experience on civil engineering or infrastructure projects
• CDE and drawing management experience
• Knowledge of ISO 19650
• Able to work on site 5 days per week

Heavy civils, tunnelling, underground infrastructure, BIM, Revit or Bentley experience would be advantageous.
