You’ll lead and develop the team, manage stock and rotas, oversee financial performance, support menu development and ensure excellent standards across food safety, hygiene and customer service. Your culinary background will be valuable, but this is primarily a site management and leadership role. You’ll have the opportunity to introduce ideas, improve processes and help shape the future success of the operation.
