Calibration & Service Technician
Salary: €3,500 – €5,000 gross per month (dependent on experience) Location: Amersfoort,

Syntech Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading, internationally accredited
metrology and calibration specialist operating as part of a well-established European measurement
group. With a strong reputation across pressure, temperature and electrical calibration, our client
serves organisations in highly regulated sectors including aerospace, pharmaceuticals and energy
production.
Following a period of sustained growth, they are looking to welcome a Calibration & Service
Technician who enjoys hands-on technical work and thrives on analysing, maintaining and repairing
precision measurement equipment. Whether you are a recent MBO graduate or bring some
experience from a technical service environment — if you work with precision, take a proactive

What's in it for you?
• Salary: €3,500 – €5,000 gross per month, dependent on experience
• Holiday Allowance: 8% of annual salary, paid annually
• Holiday Entitlement: 25 days per year based on full-time employment (40 hours per week)
• Annual Bonus: Equivalent to one month's salary, paid upon achievement of company
financial targets
• Travel Expenses: Commuter travel expenses covered

Calibration & Service Technician Role
Working closely with the service team to keep measurement equipment reliable and operational.
Duties will include:
• Performing incoming inspections of calibration equipment
• Analysing faulty instruments and carrying out repairs
• Maintaining and preparing instruments ahead of calibration
• Supporting the preparation of service quotations
• Contributing to an efficient and well-organised workshop
• Proposing improvements to work processes and service activities
Calibration & Service Technician Profile
• Education: MBO-level qualification in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering or a comparable technical discipline
• Interest: Maintenance, repair and measurement technology
• Work Style: A precise and structured approach to work, with a service-oriented and
proactive attitude
• Communication: Good communication skills in both Dutch and English
• Independence: Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your responsibilities
