Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

We're currently recruiting for a Call Handler to join a busy property services team based in Finsbury Park, with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.

The Role

You'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and helpful service while managing a busy volume of calls and queries.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling a high volume of incoming customer calls
• Dealing with customer queries and resolving issues where possible
• Booking and coordinating appointments
• Liaising with operatives, customers and internal teams
• Updating internal systems accurately
• Managing customer expectations and providing regular updates
• Escalating more complex issues when required
• Ensuring all customer information and records are kept up to date

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is:

• Confident and professional on the phone
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Organised and able to manage competing priorities
• Confident using computer systems and updating records
• Reliable and keen to secure a long-term opportunity

Previous experience in call handling, customer service, housing, repairs, maintenance, scheduling or a contact centre environment would be highly beneficial.
