Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 with an OTE of £55,000.

At Enlighten Supply Pool, we're growing our education recruitment team and are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and motivated Candidate Consultant to join our busy office in Harrow on the Hill.

This isn't a role for someone who waits for candidates to come to them. We're looking for someone with initiative, someone who can think outside the box, explore new ways of attracting talent, and build strong relationships with candidates in a competitive market.

What You'll Be Doing

• Sourcing high-quality teachers and support staff for active vacancies.
• Using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals and social media to identify outstanding candidates.
• Registering and interviewing candidates.
• Building strong relationships with education professionals.
• Managing candidate availability and matching them to suitable vacancies.
• Writing engaging adverts to attract new talent.
• Working closely with Recruitment Consultants to fill vacancies quickly.
• Keeping candidate records accurate and up to date.
• Delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through to placement.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Candidate Consultant, Recruitment Resourcer, Talent Acquisition Consultant, or similar recruitment role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive attitude with the confidence to take ownership of your workload.
• Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and the ability to find candidates where others can't.
• Positive energy, a great sense of humour and someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• A genuine desire to make a difference.
