THE COMPANY 

The client is one of the leading Consultancies in the UK with a network of offices across the country as well as overseas. They have a great reputation in the market and are working on some London's highest profile developments. Projects can range from Public to Private sector to suit the candidates preference.

THE POSITION 

They are actively looking to recruit a number of individuals at various levels to become embedded and progress within their Capital Allowances team. Working across valuations, cost measurement and site inspections, you’ll be supporting clients alongside Finance Directors and Tax Managers across sectors including Commercial, Data Centres, Industrial and Student Accommodation.

THE CANDIDATE 

  • QS professionals from PQS, main contracting, client-side or capital allowances backgrounds

  • Assistant level QSs will also be considered (2-3 years experience minimum)

  • Strong academics (1st or 2:1 degree)

  • Someone commercially minded who enjoys the numbers and financial side of projects

  • Desire to specialise and develop a niche career path
