💼 What You'll Do
- Drive strategic new business growth across the territory
- Sell specialist capital equipment, consumables and accessories into NHS and private hospitals
- Work with Endoscopy Units, Infection Prevention Teams, EBME and Procurement
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to tenders and implementation
- Convert competitor accounts and win new business opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with clinical and commercial stakeholders
- Take ownership of your territory while working closely with a collaborative wider team
👊 Who You Are
- Experienced medical device or capital equipment salesperson
- Proven track record of selling into the NHS
- Strong new business and competitor conversion experience
- Understanding of NHS procurement, frameworks and tender processes
- Commercially driven with a resilient, hunter mentality
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Full UK driving licence
💰 The Package
- £50-55K basic salary
- £20K uncapped OTE
