We’re working with a well-established dealership in the Epsom area that’s known for its strong stock profile, structured sales approach, and consistent earning potential. If you know how to build rapport, deliver a great customer experience, and close with confidence — you’ll fit right in.

💰 What’s on Offer

• £21,000–£27,000 basic salary
• £50,000–£60,000 OTE
• 5-day working week
• Monday–Saturday: 8:30am–6:00pm
• Sundays + 1 weekday off

🚘 What You’ll Be Doing

• Selling new and used vehicles using a proven, structured process
• Helping customers choose the right model, features, and finance options
• Delivering engaging, professional test drives
• Managing your diary and customer appointments efficiently
• Keeping the CRM system accurate and up to date
• Always representing the brand with professionalism

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in motor trade sales
• Full UK driving licence
• Confident communicator with strong closing ability
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Well-organised with a proactive mindset
