Car Sales Executive – Main Dealer

Eastbourne | OTE £50,000–£65,000 + Company Car

Are you a driven, customer-focused Car Sales Executive looking for your next opportunity with an established main dealer?

We’re working on behalf of a prestigious main dealer in Eastbourne who are looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to join their successful team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a target-driven sales environment, enjoys delivering an exceptional customer experience and wants the opportunity to earn £50,000–£65,000 OTE.

The Role

As a Car Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for guiding customers through the full vehicle purchase journey — from initial enquiry through to handover.

You’ll be expected to build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities and consistently achieve both sales and customer satisfaction targets.

What We're Looking For

• At least 6 months' experience in automotive sales or a similar sales environment
• A confident, professional and engaging approach
• Highly motivated and target-driven
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• A genuine passion for cars and sales
• The ambition to maximise your earning potential
• A full UK driving licence

Working Hours

• Monday–Friday: 8:30am–6:00pm
• Saturday: 8:30am–5:00pm
• Sunday: 10:30am–4:00pm, 1 in 4
