The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our busy dealership team. You will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, achieving sales targets, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide expert product advice

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from enquiry to delivery

  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and follow-ups

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems

  • Work closely with finance and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

  • Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends

Requirements

  • Previous experience in car sales or high-value retail preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Customer-focused with a professional, positive attitude

  • Ambitious and target-driven

  • IT literate and comfortable using CRM systems

  • Full UK driving licence
