We are currently recruiting for an ambitious and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join a busy and well-established dealership in Reading. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing site with strong enquiry levels and genuine earning potential.
The Role
- Managing the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover
- Building lasting relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service
- Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable vehicles
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Promoting finance, insurance, and value-added products
- Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems

Requirements
- Previous car sales experience or strong background in a target-driven sales role
- Proven track record of achieving targets

- Full UK driving licence
