Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for an ambitious and driven Sales Executive to join a successful automotive dealership in Plymouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to build a rewarding career within a high-performing motor trade environment.

You will be responsible for guiding customers through the full vehicle purchase journey, delivering exceptional service while achieving sales and finance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing customer enquiries both in the showroom and online
• Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs
• Presenting and demonstrating new and used vehicles
• Arranging test drives and explaining finance/product options
• Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
• Achieving vehicle sales, finance, and add-on product targets
• Maintaining accurate customer records and follow-up activity

Requirements

• Previous sales experience within the motor trade preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a positive and professional attitude
• Ability to deliver a first-class customer experience
• Well-presented and self-motivated
• Full UK driving licence required
